We offer fully guided private-land elk hunts for rifle, archery, and muzzleloader. Hunts are in Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho. Five days fully guided. Food, lodging, and game care are included.
License and permit fees below are paid to the state. They are not included in the hunt price.
No-draw tags on CWMU (Cooperative Wildlife Management Unit) hunts, plus guaranteed general-season permits for rifle, archery, and muzzleloader. All of these hunts are on private land, 1 to 2.5 hours from Salt Lake City International Airport.
Typical bulls on our Utah general-season and CWMU hunts run 250–300 B&C, with some going 330. If you draw a limited-entry or premium limited-entry unit, bulls run 300–400 B&C depending on the unit.
If you are sitting on points, we also run limited-entry and premium limited-entry units, plus special youth-only rifle elk hunts.
CWMU any-legal-weapon (rifle) hunts: DWR sets a window of about Sept. 1–Oct. 31. Each CWMU sets its own 5-day (or longer) hunt inside that window. Call us for the exact dates on the ranch you want.

We offer fully guided private-land elk hunts in Wyoming for the Southern tag, Eastern tag, trophy Hunt Area 7, and migratory hunts in Hunt Areas 105 and 106. Rifle and archery. Archery runs the month of September.
If you don’t have points, we can put you in a party application with other hunters. Those general/special licenses have drawn at 100% in past seasons.
Southern unit and Hunt Area 105/106 hunters fly into Salt Lake City International Airport.
Hunt Area 7 hunters can fly into Cheyenne, Wyoming or Casper, Wyoming.
Typical bulls on the Southern tag and Hunt Areas 105/106 run 250–300 B&C, with some going 330. Hunt Area 7 bulls run 330–390 B&C, with some larger.

Regular and special Wyoming elk licenses are the same hunt. Special costs more and is a separate draw pool with better odds.
We hunt private land in Unit 72 in the Bannock Zone, near Chesterfield. About a 2.5-hour drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.
This is mainly an archery hunt. We also take hunters who draw a rifle or other controlled-hunt tag. We hunt from stands and blinds and we spot-and-stalk. Bulls run 260–350 B&C.
2026 was the first year Idaho put nonresident general-season elk on a draw. We drew 100% of our archery elk tags that year. Archery is what we focus on at this ranch.

There is no B Tag in the Bannock Zone. Extra rifle opportunity is through the controlled-hunt draw.
Nonresident general-season elk tags (this is the archery A Tag we use): apply in mid-December. For the 2026 season the window was Dec. 5–15, 2025. Idaho will post 2027 dates in October 2026. Plan on that same mid-December window unless they change it.
Controlled hunts (rifle / extra tags if you want to try for a draw hunt): May 1–June 5.
You have to buy an Idaho hunting license before you can apply.
